Vertigo is gone, but now I am mad.

 My feelings on what has transpired this weekend and what is about to transpire this weekend here in Alabama.  I am deeply disturbed by the so called "values" being placed upon others who do not believe the same way as the majority in power.  People who have lived on streets with immaculate white curbs and had the best educations making decisions for situations they have no understanding or knowledge of other than what they feel is best for people. Acting from inside their pristine bubbles of religion and glass houses.  

Women's choice is being challenged and taken away state by state in the south. Forcing them to seek options in other states. Situations these lawmakers do not understand or choose to not acknowledge. Next it will be women's right to vote that goes, because men will keep yelling that family values are going down the toilet and women need to get back in the kitchen. We will be blamed for the downfall of the family.  Maybe the SCOTUS should be ran by AI with oversight from humans. Just musing due to anger about the situation, and do not really believe that. 

Another thing that chapped my hide this morning was the law that Alabama is putting into effect this weekend that makes it a federal felony for giving hormone treatment to underage recipients.  Do they even know these families that take and need these therapies for mental health? Have they hear these families stories? Do they know the tragedies they have gone through of suicide losing a child who might have benefited from hormone therapy????? All the Governor said was if you're born a boy you are a boy.  We know there are genetic anomolies...is she throwing out science completely???  We know that some have been born with same sexes and parents have chosen wrong. The self harm and cutting rate is high for these transgender teens. It's just a slap in the face to these families and you are denying the doctor's their obligation to the Hippocratic oath.  It's not child abuse you ignorant morons who hide in your pews at church and fancy suits.  It's life and where we are and Universal Awareness. Might do you all some good to get some.
